Microsoft is shipping the first noticeable Xbox dashboard refresh under the post-leadership-reshuffle team, and it's striking for what it isn't: an AI announcement. The Insider build brings a new boot animation with the updated Xbox logo and startup sound, tiered lifetime Gamerscore badges that surface on profiles and inside the Guide, and an overhauled library filter set that finally distinguishes owned, shared, and inaccessible installed titles — a fix for a problem the platform has had since Game Pass and game-sharing started overlapping. Broader rollout is coming later in the year.
