Subnautica 2 Early Access Launches May 14 With Co-Op

Subnautica 2 ships the franchise's first four-player co-op when it hits Early Access on May 14 — $29.99 across Steam, Epic, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass. The pitch is a new alien ocean planet, an in-game Reaper Leviathan statue for early buyers, and a freebie unlock for everyone after the game crossed 5 million wishlists — one of the most-wishlisted launches on Steam this year. PS5 and Switch versions are deferred until after 1.0, which is the first real test of whether Krafton's ownership changes the studio's release cadence.
